We read every message and usually reply within two business days. Telling us your iPhone model and iOS version helps us answer faster.
Requirements
Clutch requires an iPhone running iOS 17 or later, and is free to download. An Android version is in development.
First launch
Be on Wi-Fi the first time you open Mind Coach. It downloads its coaching model once (a few hundred megabytes up to roughly 1.5 GB, depending on your iPhone), then works fully offline.
If you skip the download, Clutch still coaches you. Every AI feature has a built-in fallback, so the app stays completely usable on any supported device.
Common fixes
Reminders aren't appearing
Check the reminder toggles in Profile, then confirm notification access is enabled for Clutch in the iPhone Settings app under Notifications.
Coaching feels out of date
Clutch weights your most recent matches most heavily. Log a fresh completed match so the latest data becomes the strongest signal, and your mantra and insights will update.
Mind Coach won't respond
Confirm the model finished downloading on Wi-Fi, and that your device has enough free storage. If the download was interrupted, reopening Mind Coach on Wi-Fi will resume it.
Analytics look empty
Charts need a few logged matches before trends become meaningful. Log at least three completed matches to see nervousness, confidence, and results plotted over time.
Your data
Clutch stores everything locally on your iPhone. All of the following live in Profile:
- Export local data creates a shareable JSON backup of your current profile and match history. Do this before clearing or resetting anything.
- Clear match history removes your logged matches but keeps your player profile.
- Reset all local Clutch data returns the app to a clean state on this iPhone.
Deleting your data
Because Clutch has no account and no server-side storage, deleting the app from your iPhone removes your data along with it. If you want to erase your data but keep the app, use Reset all local Clutch data in Profile.
Reporting a bug or requesting a feature
Email support@savibrain.ai. For bugs, a description of what you did, what you expected, and what happened instead is genuinely useful, as is your iPhone model and iOS version.
